POSITION: Area Sales Manager

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze key market trends and major foreign markets (EU and non-EU), identifying business and sales development opportunities both directly and through an indirect network.

 

Personally manage strategic relationships and negotiations, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills with both existing and new clients.

 

Define key accounts and prospects based on value and potential, proposing new opportunities in terms of sectors, applications, and products, managing negotiations, offers, and CRM-related issues.

 

Set short- and medium-term sales and revenue budgets, monitor results, and propose effective actions to bridge any gaps.

 

Interface with key company functions, coordinating activities within their area of competence with a focus on client satisfaction.

 

Participate in the definition of company pricing policies and the profitability of products and services offered.

 

Propose marketing and promotional initiatives aligned with the B2B sector.

 

REQUIREMENTS:
Several years of experience in project-based sales and in the B2B sector, with a particular focus on the mechanical industry and industrial applications.

 

Used to working with goals in international and competitive environments.

 

Strong determination, results-oriented, and self-starter attitude.

 

Excellent relational and communication skills.

 

Degree in economics or engineering.

 

Excellent knowledge of the main management software and IT tools, including Excel.

 

Excellent command of the English language; knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus.
